One of the standout experiences was when I realized I had forgotten my shower bag; to my delight, the staff promptly returned it to me, demonstrating their exceptional attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction. The soundproofed rooms provided a serene escape, allowing me to fully immerse myself in the tranquil surroundings without any disturbances. the free Wi-Fi in rooms was a wonderful bonus, enabling me to stay connected while enjoying the beauty of Sri Lanka's tea culture.
